I work with individuals of all ages, partners ,families and groups to
explore issues of attachment, intimacy, boundaries, addictions, trauma, sexual and gender identity, and personal
growth.
I integrate body-oriented methods with expressive arts, spirituality, and
relational therapy in a collaborative therapeutic process. Our work responds to the goals and needs that you present. My intention
is to support the integrity of your whole being--body, mind, emotion, spirit, and relationship to self, to others, and to
your unique conception of the world in which you live.
The territory we explore includes your present moment experience and expression
of being, your past experiences and personal story, and your future hopes and desires for your growth and thriving.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFT45718. I hold a Masters degree
